Directions for Use
- Sit straight and wear the cuff on your left hand
- Put the wrist through the cuff loop
- Your palm and monitor display should both face upward
- Position the wrist cuff leaving a clearance of 1 to 2 cm between the cuff and the bottom of your palm
- Do not rap the cuff over clothing
