- Apply generously to the skin 20 minutes prior to sun exposure
- Do not apply to broken, damaged or diseased skin
- Reapply frequently; every 2 hours or more often when sweating, swimming or after towelling
- Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun
- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun
- Allow sunscreen to dry before dressing and avoid contact with fabrics and hard surfaces to prevent staining
