Directions for Use:
  • Dip each sheet of rice paper in a bowl of cold or lukewarm water for 5-10 seconds and quickly
    shake off excess water then lay flat on a plate.
  • Place lettuce, mint, desired vegetables and protein of choice with some rice vermicelli in the
    centre of the rice paper (horizontally) and 1/3 down from the centre (closest to you).
Lift the rice paper from your end and fold towards the centre covering the filling.
