Maharishi Ayurveda Pilomap Tablet
Maharishi Ayurveda’s Pilomap is an Ayurvedic medicine for easing bowel movements. Vata causes painful hemorrhoids, Pitta, and vitiated Rakta dhatu cause bleeding piles, and Kapha dosha leads to larger and chronic piles. Pilomap balances all these doshas, thereby improving perianal elasticity, soothing pile symptoms, reducing pile mass, and aiding in drying non-bleeding piles.

Directions For Use:
