    Large Size: Suitable for women above 25 years of age, have had at least one normal delivery with normal to heavy menstrual flow

Directions For Use:
  • Step 1 - Cleaning: It is important to disinfect or sterilize your menstrual cup before and after use. Soak your cup for 3 minutes in boiling water prior to first use. After this you can use a silicone friendly cleaner or antibacterial soap before and after use. Clean your hands thoroughly before insertion of the LadyGo menstrual cup. You can use a water-based lubricant to aid in easy insertion of cup if required
  • Step 2 - Folding: There are number of ways you can fold your LadyGo Cups as per your comfort, below are the most popular and widely used folding methods - C-Fold, 7-Fold and Punch-Down Fold
  • Step 3 - Insertion: Push the cup into the vagina gently until it reaches the cervix
  • Step 4 - Placement: Upon insertion your cup will unfold fully, you can try and rotate the cup slightly for maximum comfort and to ensure proper placement. With correct insertion, the cup will sit comfortably within the vaginal walls. These muscles will help to keep the cup stationary. Once correctly inserted, the cup should not be easily detected and will prevent any leakage from occurring
  • Step 5 - Retrieval: Hold the bottom of the cup with fingers and press the menstrual cup base slightly, sitting or hovering over the toilet, then gently drag the menstrual cup down and into the air until released. Tip contents into toilet. Clean (see step 1) and store for future use
