Whether you have incomplete bowel movements or passing dry, hard stools, many of us have been victims of constipation and are searching for a remedy that will go hand in hand with our everyday life but will finally make ‘it’ come out! Kerala Ayurveda abhayarishta is a herbal wine made by fermenting the decoction of chebulic myrobalan or abhaya, raisins, or draksha, embelia fruit or vidanga, and other herbs that promote bowel wellness. It helps soften the stools and facilitates gut detox by flushing the colon. It lubricates the inner linings of the gut to have easier evacuation.
