Jivika Naturals Desi Cow Ghee is made from A2 milk of free-grazing Indian cows on the foothills of the Himalayas. The ancient Vedic bilona process of churning curd to make butter and not the malai (cream) process. This ghee is artisanally crafted in small batches to ensure purity, authenticity and a cruelty-free environment for mother cows. Breeds of Indian desi cow's milk used:- Sahiwal, Red Belahi, Haryanvi, Rathi, Gir, Tharparkar and Badri. The colour, taste, texture and aroma of jivika desi cow ghee varies across batches, which is natural.
