Healthy You BCAA Instantized Powder is a vegan amino acid supplement containing essential amino acids L-leucine, Isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Muscle recovery and growth are a continuous anabolic process which requires branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) for protein synthesis. It can be consumed pre, post and intra-workout. Healthy You BCAA contains 5g of BCAA, 4g of L-glutamine and 1g of rehydrating electrolyte per serving. Contains no sugar and is tested for ban substances. BCAA formulation is hygroscopic, it is safe to use even if slight lumps develop on the opening of the box.
