Directions For Use:
  • Foment the affected area with a towel soaked in lukewarm water and dry
  • Now apply the oil generously and massage for 5 to 7 minutes in the morning
  • Repeat at bedtime
  • When pain subsides the frequency of oil application may be reduced to once daily
  • In conditions where massage is not advisable, gentle application after fomentation brings relief
