Dhootapapeshwar Kumari Aasav No. 1 is an Ayurvedic fermented liquid formulation prepared with Kumari (Aloe barbadensis) leaf juice as the principal ingredient, along with Haritaki, Dhataki, Jatiphala, Jatipatri, Jatamamsi, Lavanga, Chavya, Chitraka, Karkatashrungi, Pushkara, Bibhitaka, Kankola, Tamra Bhasma, Loha Bhasma, Madhu, and Guda. The formulation combines herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients traditionally used for digestive and gastrointestinal wellness. It is formulated to provide supportive care for digestive discomfort, appetite and digestive function, and other concerns associated with the gastrointestinal system.
