Chemist At Play Neck, Knee, Elbow Brightening Roll On is formulated with ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, and vitamin C. This brightening roll-on is infused with essential ceramides. It helps reduce pigmentation and hydrates and nourishes dry skin.
