Braylac Cereal Rice Vegetables 8+ Months is a milk cereal-based complementary food designed for infants above 8 months of age. It is made from quality rice and vegetables, pre-cooked and fortified nutritionally to suit the baby’s tender digestive system. It can be mixed with warm water or milk to make a nutritious, tasty solid food for the baby.

Directions for Use:
  • Boil the water/milk
  • Leave it to cool down
  • Pour the necessary quantity of warm water/milk into a bowl
  • Stir in the recommended quantity of Braylac (number of scoops as mentioned) until the pap is smooth
  • Feed your baby with a clean spoon
  • Discard leftover feed
  • Start with 1 level scoop of Braylac mixed with 4–6 tablespoons of previously boiled warm water. Gradually increase quantities till your baby accepts feed

Dosage:
  • After 8–10 months: 5 level scoops (25 g approx.) with 75 ml water (1/3 cup), 2 feeds/day
  • After 10–12 months: 7 level scoops (35 g approx.) with 100 ml water (1/2 cup), 2 feeds/day
  • After 12–24 months: 10 level scoops (50 g approx.) with 150 ml water (3/4 cup), 2 feeds/day

Safety Information:
  • Wash your hands before preparing baby’s feed
  • Use only washed and cleaned utensils
  • Use prepared feed within half an hour or microbial deterioration may set in
  • Infant food should be introduced only after six months and up to the age of two years as per WHO guidelines
  • Infant food should be used only on the advice of a healthcare professional as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use
  • Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food is most essential for health
  • Do not use fewer scoops than directed, since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients
  • Do not use more scoops than directed, since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant
  • Infant food is not the sole source of nourishment for infants
  • Close the tin tightly after each use and store it in a cool, dry and hygienic place
  • After opening use the contents within three weeks or the expiry date whichever is earlier
