Directions for Use:
- Warm the enema in a bowl and remove the nozzle
- Lubricate the nozzle and your anus
- Lie on your left side on a towel, with your knees bent toward your chest
- Gently insert the nozzle into the anus, about 3–4 inches into the rectum
- Slowly squeeze the liquid from the container until it is empty
- Gently remove the nozzle from the rectum
- You can also try kneeling and leaning forward until the left side of your face is resting on the floor

- After the enema, you should stay near a toilet until the effects resolve, which can take up to an hour
