Bignac Gel contains a unique combination of Diclofenac 1.16% w/w, Linseed oil 3% w/w, Methyl Salicylate 10.0% w/w and Menthol 5.0% w/w.Â

Diclofenac supports reduction of inflammation while Methyl Salicylate and Menthol penetrate deep into the affected area and act as mild analgesics.Â

Bignac Gel is for use on areas of local pain such as low back pain, neck pain & shoulder pain, pain due to sports injury (please don’t apply on open wounds, cuts, burns etc), sprains & strains. Bignac can be applied to the site of local pain 3-4 times a day. Since Bignac goes deep to the site of pain in the joints and muscles so it provides quick and effective relief from discomfort.
Children can use Bignac under the supervision of adults to avoid accidental ingestion or Bignac accidentally being applied to the eyes.
