ADPL Weak Iodine Solution I.P. 66 (15ml Each)
ADPL Weak Iodine Solution has antibacterial properties, killing all major pathogens and, given enough time, even spores, which are the most difficult germs to kill with disinfectants and antiseptics. It is used as a disinfectant in small abrasions, burns, and wounds as a topical prophylactic treatment for superficial skin infections caused by sensitive gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It is only good for topical application and can irritate your skin. If you have an open wound or are allergic to shellfish, avoid using iodine tincture.
