Directions For Use:
- The cuff is wrapped around the upper arm and inflated to create pressure
- Use a stethoscope to hear the pulsation
- Inflate the cuff until you stop hearing the pulsation, and this marks your systolic blood pressure
- Deflate the cuff until you start hearing the pulsation, and this is your diastolic blood pressure
