1Mile Blue Round Twist Lancets is a moulded plastic cylinder with a round cap that conceals a sharp, pointed needle. It is used to prick the fingertip to obtain fresh capillary blood to help monitor blood glucose levels.

Directions for Use

Hold the lancet between two fingers

Place against the finger you wish to draw blood from and press down until you hear a click

Remove the lancet and place a drop of blood on the test strip

The glucometer will display the test results
