Dortas Eye Drop reduces the pressure inside the eyes, known as intraocular pressure. This reduces the risk of damage to the optic nerve responsible for normal vision. If the pressure in the eye is not controlled, it can gradually lead to blindness. Dortas Eye Drop effectively controls glaucoma by decreasing the pressure in the eyes.
Q. How long does Dortas Eye Drop take to work?
Usually, Dortas Eye Drop starts working soon after instilling it. However, it may take around 8 hours to show beneficial effects. Consult your doctor if you do not find significant results or if your eyes feel irritated after using Dortas Eye Drop.
Q. Can I stop Dortas Eye Drop if I am fine now?
No, you should not stop using Dortas Eye Drop without consulting your doctor. If you stop taking this medicine suddenly, the pressure in your eyes may not be controlled which may increase the risk of loss of sight. Consult your doctor if you wish to stop the medication.
