Srgest 200mg Capsule का इस्तेमाल महिला बांझपन (गर्भवती बनने की असमर्थता) और हार्मोन रिप्लेसमेंट थेरेपी (एचआरटी) में किया जाता है इसका इस्तेमाल सेकेंडरी एमेनोरिया (माहवारी ना आना) से पीड़ित महिलाओं में माहवारी को लाने और नियमित रखने में किया जाता है।
Srgest कैप्सूल कैसे काम करता है
Srgest 200mg Capsule एक प्रोजेस्टिन (मादा हारमोन) है। यह गर्भाशय में एस्ट्रोजन की मात्रा को बदलकर हारमोन रिप्लेसमेंट थेरपी के एक हिस्से के रूप में काम करता है। यह प्राकृतिक प्रोजेस्टेरोन को बदलकर, जो कुछ महिलाओं में नहीं होता है, माहवारी को लाने का काम करता है।
प्रोजेस्टेरोन, लुटियल कार्यों को उत्तेजित करता है, आरंभिक गर्भावस्था में दिखाई देने वाले गर्भाशय और योनि में परिवर्तन करता है। इसका यूटेरोट्रोफिक प्रभाव भी लम्बे समय तक रहता है। ऑक्सीटोसिन में मायोमेट्रियम की संकुचनशील प्रतिक्रिया को रोक दिया जाता है।
