Ondansetron को अपने भोजन से 30 मिनट पहले लें।
यदि आप Ondansetron को लेने के बाद 30 मिनट के भीतर उल्टी कर देती हैं तो एक बार फिर से उतनी ही दवा लें। यदि फिर से उल्टी होती है तो अपने डॉक्टर को सूचित करें।
यदि Ondansetron का इस्तेमाल कम समय के लिए, जैसे 6-10 दिन तक, किया जाता है तो साइड-इफेक्ट का जोखिम कम से कम (अच्छी तरह सहने लायक) होता है।
