Nise Tablet का इस्तेमाल दर्द और बुखार के लिए किया जाता है। इसका इस्तेमाल 12 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों में नहीं करना चाहिए।

Nise Tablet ऐसे रसायनों को बाधित करता है, जो सूजन और दर्द उत्पन्न करते हैं।
निमेसुलाइड, नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इन्फ्लामेटरी ड्रग्स (एनएसएआईडी) नामक दवाओं की एक श्रेणी से सम्बन्ध रखता है जो प्रोस्टाग्लैंडीन (दर्द से संबंधित एक केमिकल) के उत्पादन को अवरुद्ध करने का काम करता है जिससे दर्द और सूजन से राहत मिलती है।
