Lupipara 150mg Injection मस्तिष्क में कुछ विशेष रासायनिक संदेशवाहकों को मुक्त होने से रोकता है जो दर्द और बुखार के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं।
पैरासिटामोल, एनालजेसिक (दर्दनाशक) और एंटीपाइरेटिक (बुखार कम करने वाला) नामक दवाओं की श्रेणी से सम्बन्ध रखता है। पैरासिटामोल, दर्द के द्वार को बढ़ाकर दर्द को कम करता है। यह मस्तिष्क के तापमान विनियम वाले क्षेत्र पर काम करके बुखार को कम करता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप त्वचा में रक्त का प्रवाह बढ़ जाता है, पसीना आने लगता है और गर्मी कम लगती है।
