Lupika 500 Injection is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. It works by binding to a part of the bacteria responsible for protein production (30S ribosomal subunit), stopping their growth. This leads to the production of faulty proteins or a complete halt in protein synthesis, ultimately killing the bacteria or stopping their growth.
