यदि आप गर्भवती हैं, गर्भधारण की योजना बना रही हैं या स्तनपान करा रही हैं तो ओलोपैटाडिन न लें और अपने डॉक्टर को सूचित करें।
ओलोपैटाडिन उपचार बंद करने से पहले अपने डॉक्टर की सलाह लें।
आई ड्रॉप:
- कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस पहनते हैं तो ओलोपैटाडिन आई ड्रॉप न लें। आंख में ओलोपैटाडिन डालने के 10-15 मिनट बाद तक कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस न लगाएं।
- ओलोपैटाडिन उपचार के दौरान या जब आपकी आंखें लाल या प्रदाहयुक्त हों तो कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस लगाने से बचें।
- अस्थयी घुंधली दृष्टि या अन्य दृष्टि अवरोधिता के कारण ड्राइव करने या मशीनों के संचालन की क्षमता प्रभावित हो सकती है। ओलोपैटाडिन आई ड्रॉप लेने पर दृष्टि धुंधली हो सकती है, तो ऐसे में ड्राइव करने या मशीन चलाने से पहले दृष्टि सामान्य होने दें।
- ओलोपैटाडिन के साथ यदि आप अन्य आई ड्रॉप या आंख का मलहम लेते हैं तो प्रत्येक दवा के बीच कम से कम 5 मिनट का फासला रखें; आंख के मलहम का इस्तेमाल सबसे आखिर में करना चाहिए।
- आई ड्रॉप का इस्तेमाल करते हुए हमेशा पैकेट पर दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करें।
मुंह से:
- ओलोपैटाडिन मुंह से लेने पर तंद्रा की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो सकती है। ओरल ओलोपैटाडिन लेने की स्थिति में गाड़ी ड्राइव या मशीनों का परिचालन न करें।
- गुर्दे की खराबी या हेपैटिक समस्या होने पर ओरल ओलोपैटाडिन का इस्तेमाल न करें।
