Fexokast Suspension एक रसायन को बाधित करता है, जो रक्त जमाव, खुजली तथा अन्य ऐलर्जिक प्रतिक्रियाएं उत्पन्न करते हैं
फेक्सोफेनाडीन, एंटीहिस्टेमिन नामक दवाओं की एक श्रेणी से सम्बन्ध रखता है। यह हिस्टेमिन नामक एक पदार्थ को रिलीज होने से रोकता है जो रक्त वाहिनियों को चौड़ा करके कई एलर्जिक प्रतिक्रियाओं में एक प्रमुख भूमिका निभाता है जो वाहिनियों की दीवारों को असामान्य रूप से पारगम्य बना देता है।

  • फेक्सोफेनाडाइन को किसी फल के रस (जैसे सेब, नारंगी या मौसमी) के साथ न लें।
  • खाली पेट में, भोजन से कम से कम 1 घंटा पहले या 2 घंटे बाद पृथक्कारक (डिसइंटिग्रेटिंग) टैब्लेट लें।
  • इस दवा को लेने के 15 निमट के पहले या बाद में एंटसिड के प्रयोग से बचें। इससे आपके शरीर को यह दवा अवशोषित करने में कठिनाई हो सकती है।
  • आपके द्वारा फेक्सोफेनाडाइन लेने के समय और खट्टी डकार के उपचार के बीच लगभग 2 घंटे का वक्त दें।
  • फेक्सोफेनाडाइन को अन्य दवाइयां भी प्रभावित कर सकती हैं। इसमें प्रिस्क्रिप्शन, ओवर-द-काउंटर, विटामिन और हर्बल उत्पाद शामिल हो सकते हैं। उन सभी दवाओं के बारे में डॉक्टर को बताएं जिन्हें आप लेते हैं।

Q. Can Fexokast Suspension cause dizziness?
Yes, Fexokast Suspension can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, do not drive or use any machines. It is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
