डेफ्लाज़ाकोर्ट, एक कोर्टिकोस्टेरॉयड दवा है। यह शरीर में ग्लुकोकोर्टिकॉयड के स्तर को बढ़ाता है और सूजन पैदा करने वाले पदार्थों के गठन को घटाता है और प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र द्वारा शरीर को आत्म-क्षति (अंग प्रत्यारोपण या कैंसर में होने वाले आत्म-प्रतिरक्षी प्रतिक्रियाएं) को रोकने के लिए प्रतिरक्षा को दबाता है।

Decdan Next Suspension increases the corticosteroids levels in the body which helps in treating various illnesses involving inflammation (redness, tenderness, heat and swelling).
Q. In what conditions should I avoid giving Decdan Next Suspension to my child?
Avoid giving Decdan Next Suspension to your child if they have conditions like cardiac disease or congestive heart failure (except in the presence of active rheumatic carditis), hypertension, thromboembolic disorders, or diabetes mellitus. Decdan Next Suspension should also be avoided if your child has a family history of active TB, active herpes infection, osteoporosis, myasthenia gravis, or renal insufficiency.
Q. What do I need to know about Decdan Next Suspension and my child’s immunizations?
For certain vaccines (live or live-attenuated vaccines), your child will need to wait 4 to 6 weeks before starting Decdan Next Suspension. Hence, your child needs to receive all immunizations according to immunization guidelines before they start taking Decdan Next Suspension.
