Daktarin जेल कैसे काम करता है
माइकोनाजोल, मुख्य रूप से फंगस की वृद्धि को रोकने का काम करता है। यह फंगस के भीतर मौजूद केमिकलों (साइटोक्रोम पी-450) के साथ पारस्परिक क्रिया करता है और फंगस की कोशिका झिल्ली के एक आवश्यक घटक (एर्गोस्टेरोल) के संश्लेषण को रोकता है; इसके परिणामस्वरूप कोशिका की पारगम्यता में वृद्धि हो जाती है जिससे फंगस की कोशिका से कोशिका सामग्रियों का रिसाव होने लगता है जिससे अंत में फंगस की वृद्धि रुक जाती है। माइकोनाजोल, डर्मेटोफाइट्स और खमीर के खिलाफ फंगस रोधी गतिविधि के साथ-साथ कुछ विशेष ग्राम-पॉजिटिव बेसिलस और कोक्कस के खिलाफ बैक्टीरिया रोधी गतिविधि करता है।
