क्रेमलिन डीएल जेल का इस्तेमाल दर्द , बुखार, सिरदर्द , मासिक धर्म के दौरान दर्द, ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस, रुमेटोयड आर्थराइटिस या संधिशोथ, आंक्यलोसिंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस, गाउट, रूमेटिक दर्द , मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों में दर्द , मुंह में घाव , आंखों में दर्द और एलर्जिक कंजक्टीवाइटिस के लिए किया जाता है।
