જો તમે ટોલ્ટેરોડાઈન અથવા આ દવાના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોવ તો લેવી નહીં.
જો તમે મૂત્રાશયમાંથી (યુરિનરી રિટેન્શન) પેશાબ ના કરી શકો; ગ્લુકોમા (આંખની અંદર વધેલું દબાણ જેનાથી દૃષ્ટિની સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે); માયસ્થેનિયા ગ્રેવિસ (સ્નાયુઓની નબળાઈ); આંતરડામાં તમામ જગ્યાએ અથવા કોઈ ભાગમાં તીવ્ર સોજો (અલ્સરેટિવ કોલાઈટિસ) હોય; આંતરડાનું અચાનક અને તીવ્ર ફેલાવ (ટોક્સિક મેગાકોલન) હોય તો ટોલ્ટેરોડાઈન લેવી નહીં.
મૂત્રમાર્ગના કોઈપણ ભાગમાં અવરોધ થવાને કારણે જો તમને પેશાબ કરવામાં મુશ્કેલીઓ થાય; જો તમને આંતરડાના (એટલે કે પિલોરીક સ્ટેનોસિસ) કોઈપણ ભાગમાં અવરોધ થાય; પેટ સાફ કરવાની ક્રિયા ઘટે અથવા તીવ્ર કબજીયાતથી પીડાવ; અથવા હર્નિયા થાય તો ટોલ્ટેરોડાઈન શરુ કરવી નહીં અથવા ચાલુ રાખવી નહીં.
તમારા લોહીના દબાણ, આંતરડા કે જાતિય કામગીરીને અસર કરે તેવા ન્યુરોલોજીકલ વિકારોથી જો તમે પીડાતા હોવ તો ટોલ્ટેરોડાઈન લેવી નહીં.

Tolcontin 4mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines known as muscarinic receptor blockers. Tolcontin 4mg Tablet is not a diuretic, it is a urinary antispasmodic. This means that it relaxes the urinary bladder, decreasing spasm of the bladder wall. This further provides better control upon the release of urine and also increases storage volume of the bladder.
