rozaVEL 20 Tablet એ શરીરમાં કોલેસ્ટેરોલ બનાવવામાં જરૂરી એન્ઝાઈમને (HMG-CoA-રીડ્યુક્ટેઝ) અવરોધે છે. તેથી શરીરમાં કોલેસ્ટેરોલનું સ્તર ઓછું થાય છે.
