- પેટમાં ગરબડ થવાના જોખમને ઘટાડવાં આ દવા ભોજન કે દૂધ સાથે લેવી.
- આ દવાથી તમારી દૃષ્ટિમાં ઝાંખપ આવે અને તમારી વિચાર કરવાની કે પ્રતિક્રિયાને હાનિ પહોંચાડી શકે. સર્તક રહેવાનું અને ચોખ્ખું દેખી શકાય તે જરૂરી હોય તેવી કોઈપણ વસ્તુ ચલાવતાં ધ્યાન રાખવું.
- ક્લોરોક્વિન પ્રત્યે કે ક્લોરોક્વિન ટીકડી તેના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક (અતિસંવેદનશીલતા) હોય તો ક્લોરોક્વિન શરૂં ન કરવી કે ચાલુ ન રાખવી.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ તો ક્લોરોક્વિન ટીકડી શરૂ ન કરવી કે ચાલુ ન રાખવી.
- ક્લોરોક્વિનની સારવાર દરમિયાન લોહીમાં ગ્લુકોઝની સપાટી તપાસવી.
- ક્લોરોક્વિન લીધા પછી જો તમને ઈઓસિનોફિલિયાથી ફોલ્લી થાય અને સિસ્ટેમિક લક્ષણો (DRESS) સિંડ્રોમ જણાય તો તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
- બીજી કોઈ દવા ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય તે સિવાય લાંબા સમયગાળા માટે ઊંચા ડોઝનો ઉપચાર ન કરવો.
- જો દર્દી લાંબા સમયગાળા માટે ક્લોરોક્વિનનો ઊંચો ડોઝ સતત લેતા હોય તો ઉપયોગ પૂર્વે અને 3-6 મહિનાના અંતરે આંખોનું પરીક્ષણ કરાવવું.
- લોહીના પૂરેપૂરા કાઉન્ટ નિયમિતપણે કરાવવા જોઈએ. લોહીમાં વિકાર પેદા કરે એવી દવા જો સાથોસાથ લો તે વખતે કાળજી રાખવી.

Q. How long does it take for malaria symptoms to show?
Symptoms of malaria can develop as quickly as 7 days after you are bitten by an infected mosquito. Usually, the symptoms may take up to 7 to 18 days to appear (incubation periods) from the day of the infection. Initial symptoms of malaria are flu-like which include feeling hot and shivery, fever, muscle pains, vomiting, headaches, and diarrhea.
Q. Is it safe to use Jagquin 40mg Injection for a long period of time?
If your doctor has prescribed you Jagquin 40mg Injection for a longer period of time, you should get your eyes checked regularly. This is because chloroquine present in this medicine might cause blurred vision, difficulty reading (due to words disappearing), and a rare eye condition called retinopathy if taken for a longer period of time.
