એલ-ઓર્નિથિન 1- એસ્પાર્ટેટ એક એમિનો એસિડ છે જે એવા રોગીઓમાં એમોનિયાનું સંચય ઘટાડે છે જેમનું જઠર યોગ્ય રીતે કામ નથી કરતું અને આમ આ અસામન્ય એમિનિયાના ચયાપચયથી જોડાયેલ લક્ષણોથી રાહત અપાવે છે. એલ-ઓર્નિથિન 1- એસ્પાર્ટેટ એક એમિનો એસિડ છે જે એવા રોગીઓમાં એમોનિયાનું સંચય ઘટાડે છે જેમનું જઠર યોગ્ય રીતે કામ નથી કરતું અને આમ આ અસામન્ય એમિનિયાના ચયાપચયથી જોડાયેલ લક્ષણોથી રાહત અપાવે છે.

- પડીકાંમાંથી એલ-ઓર્નીથાઈન આઈ-એસ્પારટેટ લો ત્યારે હંમેશા પાણીના ગ્લાસમાં, જ્યુસ કે ચ્હા ભરેલા ગ્લાસમાં ઓગાળો અને ભોજન સાથે કે તે પછી લો.
- તમને નોંધપાત્ર પ્રમાણમાં યકૃતને નુકસાન થયું હોય તો એલ-ઓર્નીથાઈન આઈ-એસ્પારટેટ ઈંજેક્ષન તરીકે લેતાં, ઉબકા અને ઊલટી અટકાવવા ઈંજેક્ષનનું પ્રમાણ તમારા ડોકટર નક્કી કરશે.
- લોહીમાં ક્રિયેટિનાઈન તથા લોહી/પેશાબમાં યુરિયાની સપાટી પર તમારે નિયમિત દેખરેખ રાખવામાં આવશે.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો.

No, it is not recommended to take alcohol when on Hepmend 500mg Tablet. It is a medicine given in cases of liver failure. Although, there are no reported interaction. Still, in cases of liver failure, alcohol should be avoided as it could worsen your complication of liver disease.
Q. What is Hepmend 500mg Tablet?
Hepmend 500mg Tablet is made up of two amino acids. It is most commonly used in cases of liver diseases in order to prevent it from abnormal brain function called hepatic encephalopathy.
