Granirex Injection એ ઉબકા અને ઊલટીને પ્રેરિત કરી શકે તેવા સિરોટોનિન નામના એક રસાયણના કાર્યને અટકાવે છે.

Granirex Injection માટે નિષ્ણાતની સલાહ
- તમારા ખોરાક લેવાની 30 મિનિટ પહેલાં Granisetron લેવી.
- Granisetron લીધા પછીની 30 મિનિટમાં જો તમને ઊલટી થાય, તો ફરીથી તેટલી માત્રામાં લો. જો ઊલટી ચાલુ રહે તો તમારા ડોકટર પાસે તપાસ કરાવો.
- ટૂંકા સમયગાળા માટે ઉદાહરણ તરીકે 6 થી 10 દિવસ માટે જો Granisetron નો ઉપયોગ કરાય, તો આડઅસરનું જોખમ ઓછું રહે છે (સહ્ય બની શકે છે).
- જો તમને ટીકડી કે કેપ્સ્યુલ ગળતા ઉબકાં આવતા હોય તો Granisetron ને મોંથી લેવાની ડિસઈન્ટિગ્રેટિંગ ફિલ્મ/ સ્ટ્રીપ (દવાયુક્ત સ્ટ્રીપ જે ભીની સપાટીના સંપર્કમાં આવતા ઓગળી જાય છે) સ્વરૂપની તમે ઉપયોગ કરી શકો.
- જો તમે મોંથી લેવાથી ડિસઈન્ટિગ્રેટિંગ ફિલ્મ/સ્ટ્રીપના સ્વરૂપમાં Granisetron નો ઉપયોગ કરતા હોવ :

- તમારે ફિલ્મ/સ્ટ્રીપ ગળે ઉતારવા પાણી પીવાની કે બીજું પ્રવાહી લેવાની જરૂર નથી. n

Q. What is Granirex Injection used for?
Granirex Injection is an antiemetic medicine used to treat and prevent nausea or vomiting caused after any surgical procedure or due to certain medicines, stomach upset, or cancer treatment. It also prevents nausea due to motion sickness to some extent.
Q. What are the side effects of Granirex Injection?
The most common side effects of Granirex Injection are sleepiness, weakness, headache, constipation and diarrhea. However, these are not usually bothersome and resolve in some time on their own. Consult your doctor, if the symptoms worry you or persist for a longer duration. Your doctor will suggest ways to cope up with these side effects and to prevent them in future.
Q. Is Granirex Injection safe to be used in pregnant women?
Granirex Injection did not show any adverse effects in research studies done on animals. However, since the safety and efficiency of Granirex Injection in pregnant women is unknown. It is not recommended to be used in women who are pregnant women or if you are planning to conceive unless prescribed by your doctor.
