Foseal 800 Tablet એ આંતરડામાં ખોરાકમાંથી ફોસ્ફેટને બાંધે છે અને તેથી લોહીમાં સીરમ ફોસ્ફેટના સ્તરમાં ઘટાડો થાય છે.
સેવેલામેર પાચન માર્ગમાં ભોજનમાંથી ફોસ્ફેટના અણુઓને સાંકળવાનું કામ કરે છે અને તેના શોષણને ઓછુ કરે છે અને તેને પરિણામે લોહીમાં ફોસ્ફેટના સ્તર ઓછા થઈ જાય છે.

ભોજન સાથે સેવેલામેર ટીકડીઓ લેવી.
તમે સેવેલામેર લો તેના 1 કલાક પહેલાંની અંદર અથવા 3 કલાક પછી અન્ય બીજી દવાઓ લેવી નહીં.
સેવેલામેર લેવાનું શરુ કરવું નહીં અથવા ચાલુ રાખવું નહીં અને તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી:
- જો તમને સેવેલામેર પ્રત્યે એલર્જી હોય.
- જો તમને પેટ સાફ કરવાની સમસ્યાઓ હોય જેમ કે પેટ ભરેલું હોય તેવી લાગણી થવી, ઊલટી થવાની ઈચ્છા (ઉબકા), ઊલટી, કબજીયાત, લાંબા સમયથી ચાલતા ઝાડા (અતિસાર) અથવા પેટમાં દુખાવો (સક્રિય સોજાયુક્ત આંતરડાના રોગના લક્ષણો).
