- ડોકટરે લખી આપી હોય તે સિવાય 1 અઠવાડિયાથી વધુ સમય માટે Lactulose ન લેવી, કેમ કે તમે પેટમાં પાચનક્રિયા માટે લેક્સેટિવ ઉપર આશ્રિત બની શકે છે.
- Lactulose ની સાથે સંપૂર્ણ અનાજની બ્રેડ અને ધાન્ય, કુશ્કી, ફળો અને લીલા પાંદડાવાળા શાકભાજીવાળો રેસાયુક્ત સઘન ખોરાક નિરોગી પેટ માટે આવશ્યક છે.
- Lactulose મોટેભાગે સૂતી વખતે લેવી જોઇએ કેમ કે અસર દર્શાવવા 6 થી 8 કલાકની જરૂર પડે છે.
- જો તમે ઓછી સાકરવાળા ભોજન ઉપર હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો કેમ કે Lactulose માં સાકર હોય છે.
- બીજી દવાઓ લેવાના 2 કલાક પછી Lactulose લેવી, કેમ કે બીજી દવાઓનું શોષણ કરવામાં તે દખલ કરી શકે.

Try to take it at the same time each day to help maintain a regular bowel routine. Follow the prescribed dose and do not change it without consulting your doctor.
Q. How long does it take for Emty Oral Solution to work?
Emty Oral Solution may take about 24 to 48 hours to produce a bowel movement. It does not work immediately. In some people, it may take a little longer. Continue taking it as advised and speak to your doctor if you do not notice any improvement after a few days.
