- તમારા ડોકટર દ્વારા સૂચના આપ્યા પ્રમાણે જ Duloxetine લેવી. વધુ વારંવાર કે લાંબા સમયગાળા માટે લેવી નહીં.
- તમને સારું લાગવાનું શરૂ થાય તે માટે તમારે ઓછામાં ઓછા 4 અઠવાડિયાં માટે અથવા વધુ સમય માટે Duloxetine લેવાની રહેશે.
- Duloxetine નો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો નહીં, સિવાય કે તેમ કરવા ની ડોકટરે તમને સલાહ આપી હોય. આનાથી આડઅસરો થવાની તકો વધી શકે.
- પેટમાં ગરબડ થવાની શક્યતા ઓછી કરવા Duloxetine ને ખોરાક સાથે લેવી જોઇએ.
- Duloxetine લીધા પછી ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરવું નહીં, કેમ કે તેનાથી સુસ્તી, ઝાંખી દ્રષ્ટિ, ચક્કર, અને મુંઝવણ થઇ શકે.
- Duloxetine લીધા પછી દારૂ પીવો નહીં, તેનાથી અતિશય સુસ્તી અને શાંતિ થઇ શકે.
- Duloxetine થી આત્મહત્યાના વિચારો અને વર્તણૂકમાં ફેરફારોનું ઉંચું જોખમ થઇ શકે.

In people with depression and anxiety, Duloren 30mg Tablet mostly starts working within two weeks of treatment. However, you may take 2-4 weeks to feel better. Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement after this time. In people with diabetic neuropathic pain, you may take a few weeks to feel better. Consult your doctor if you do not feel better after 2 months.
Q. If I start feeling better, can I stop taking Duloren 30mg Tablet?
No, you should not stop Duloren 30mg Tablet suddenly and without consulting your doctor. In cases of depression and anxiety, if you have been feeling better for 6 months or more, your doctor may reduce your doses gradually. In case of pain and incontinence, if you are feeling better, continue taking it for the long term. Your doctor will keep monitoring your response to the medicine every few months.
