Dinace 5 Tablet મગજમાં વધુ પડતા એસિટિલકોલિનની પ્રવૃત્તિને ઘટાડીને કામ કરે છે. આનાથી સ્નાયુ નિયંત્રણમાં સુધારો આવે છે અને અક્કડતા ઘટે છે પ્રોસિક્લિડાઇન એન્ટી સ્પેઝ્મોડિક નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ સ્નાયુઓની અચાનક જકડનને અટકાવે છે જેનાથી સ્નાયુઓના સમન્વયમાં સુધારો થાય છે અને આ પાર્કિન્સનિઝમથી સંબંધિત અંત્યત લાળ સ્ત્રાવથી રાહત પણ અપાવે છે. પ્રોસિક્લિડાઇન એન્ટી સ્પેઝ્મોડિક નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ સ્નાયુઓની અચાનક જકડનને અટકાવે છે જેનાથી સ્નાયુઓના સમન્વયમાં સુધારો થાય છે અને આ પાર્કિન્સનિઝમથી સંબંધિત અંત્યત લાળ સ્ત્રાવથી રાહત પણ અપાવે છે.
