દુખાવો, તાવ, માથાનો દુખાવો, માસિક દરમિયાન દુખાવો, ઓસ્ટીઓઆર્થ્રાઇટિસ, રુમેટોઇડ આર્થ્રાઇટિસ, એન્કીલોઝિંગ સ્પોન્ડીલાઇટિસ, ગાઉટ, સંધિવાનો દુખાવો, હાડપિંજરનો સ્નાયુવિષયક દુખાવો અને મોમાં ચાંદા (અલ્સર) માટે Diclotal AQ Injection નો ઉપયોગ કરાય છે

Diclotal AQ Injection બિન-સ્ટિરૉઇડલ દાહ રોધી ઔષધ (એનએસએઆઇડી) છે. તે અમુક રાસાયણિક સંદેશવાહકોની વિમુક્તિ અવરોધીને કાર્ય કરે છે જે દુઃખાવા અને દાહ (લાલાશ અને સોજો) નું કારણ છે.

It can be given deep into the muscle (intramuscularly), preferably in the buttock, under the skin (subcutaneously), or directly into a vein (intravenously) as a bolus and not as an infusion. The dose should not exceed the prescribed quantity and injection should not be given for more than 2 days.

Hence, for such patients kidney function monitoring is recommended.

Use of Diclotal AQ Injection can also lead to reduced labor (premature delivery). Hence, it is advised to avoid using Diclotal AQ Injection during the first 6 months of pregnancy also. In some cases, Diclotal AQ Injection may be prescribed in pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the risks involved with its use in pregnant women.
