ડેફ્લાઝાકોર્ટ એક કોર્ટિકોસ્ટિરોઇડ દવા છે. જે શરીરમાં ગ્લુકોકોર્ટિકોઈડના સ્તરને વધારે છે અને પ્રતિરક્ષા તંત્ર દ્વારા શરીર ને સ્વ નુકસાન (અંગ આરોપણ અથવા કેન્સરમાં થતી સ્વપ્રતિરક્ષાત્મક પ્રક્રિયાઓ)ને અટકાવવા માટે પ્રતિરક્ષાને દબાવે છે.

Yes, Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension is a steroid medicine also known as glucocorticoids which occur naturally in the body. These glucocorticoids help to maintain health and wellbeing. Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension increases the corticosteroids levels in the body which helps in treating various illnesses involving inflammation (redness, tenderness, heat and swelling).
Q. In what conditions should I avoid giving Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension to my child?
Avoid giving Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension to your child if they have conditions like cardiac disease or congestive heart failure (except in the presence of active rheumatic carditis), hypertension, thromboembolic disorders, or diabetes mellitus. Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension should also be avoided if your child has a family history of active TB, active herpes infection, osteoporosis, myasthenia gravis, or renal insufficiency.
Q. What do I need to know about Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension and my child’s immunizations?
