- જો તમે રિઝેડ્રોનેટ કે તેના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોય તો રિઝેડ્રોનેટ ટીકડી ન લેવી.
- જો લોહીમાં કેલ્શિયમની સપાટી નીચી (હાઇપોકેલ્શિમીયા) હોય તો રિઝેડ્રોનેટ ન લેવી.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો રિઝેડ્રોનેટનો ઉપયોગ કરવી નહીં.
- તમને વિટામિન D કે પેરાથાઈરોઈડ હોર્મોનની ઉણપ હોય કે જેનાથી લોહીમાં કેલ્શિયમની સપાટી નીચી જાય અને હાડકાં નબળાં પડે તો રિઝેડ્રોનેટ શરૂ કરવી નહીં કે ચાલુ કરવી નહીં.

Do not lie down and stay fully upright for at least 30 minutes after swallowing the medicine. Avoid taking any food or medication just after taking Bone C Fos 35mg Tablet, maintain a gap of at least 30 minutes. Take this medicine only after consulting the doctor and follow the instructions advised.
