હાયોસાઇન એન્ટીમસ્કરિનિક અને એન્ટીહિસ્ટેમિન નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ ચીકણા સ્નાયુઓને આરામ પહોંચાડે છે અને જઠરાંત્રીય માર્ગના અસ્તરોમાં સ્ત્રાવને રોકે છે.
