Timolol+Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose+Oxychloro Complex is used in the treatment of dry eyes and glaucoma.

How timolol + hydroxypropylmethylcellulose + oxychloro complex works

This is a combination of three medicines. Timolol is a beta blocker. It works by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye. Oxychloro Complex is a gentle preservative that increase the shelf-life as well as non-irritant to the eyes.
