This is a combination of three medicines: Salicylic Acid, Dithranol and Coal Tar, which treats psoriasis. Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar are keratolytic medicines. They work by breaking down keratin clumps which removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. Dithranol is a tar-like substance which works by slowing down the rapid growth of skin cells.
