Pyritinol+Fluconazole is used in the treatment of dandruff.

How pyritinol + fluconazole works

This is a combination of two medicines: Pyritinol and Fluconazole which treat dandruff. Pyritinol lubricates the hair shaft and gives it a shiny appearance. Fluconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.

    • Pyritinol + Fluconazole is used for the treatment and prevention of dandruff.
    • Leave the shampoo on for three to five minutes before rinsing.
    • Take care to avoid getting it in your eyes. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
    • Stop using Pyritinol + Fluconazole and inform your doctor if you notice any irritation, or any other skin infection.
    • Your usual shampoo can be used as necessary between treatment with this medicine.
