Expert advice for Pregabalin + Duloxetine

  • Pregabalin + Duloxetine is used for treating nerve pain caused by diabetes, shingles, fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injuries.
  • You may have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks before it starts working.
  • It may cause dizziness during the first few weeks. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Pregabalin + Duloxetine affects you.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
  • Monitor your blood pressure regularly, especially during the first month of treatment.
  • It may cause a sensation of restlessness or an inability to sit or stand still, especially when you first start taking it. Inform your doctor if this happens to you.
  • Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
  • Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
