How paracetamol + diclofenac + rabeprazole works

This is a combination of two pain relievers (Paracetamol, Diclofenac) and a proton pump inhibitor (Rabeprazole). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). However, they may cause damage to the stomach lining.
