Mosapride+Dimethicone is used in the treatment of constipation and bloating.
How mosapride + dimethicone works
This is a combination of two medicines: Mosapride and dimethicone which relieve symptoms of constipation. Mosapride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Diarrhea, Dryness in mouth, General discomfort, Abnormal liver function tests, Fulminant hepatitis (viral infection of liver), Jaundice
