Lactobacillus salivarius + lactobacillus brevis + lactobacillus plantarum uses

Lactobacillus Salivarius+Lactobacillus Brevis+Lactobacillus Plantarum is used in the treatment of Bacterial infections of the vagina (bacterial vaginosis).

How lactobacillus salivarius + lactobacillus brevis + lactobacillus plantarum works

This is a mixture of three lactobacilli probiotic strains namely, Lactobacillus Salivarius, Lactobacillus Plantarum and Lactobacillus Plantarum. It works by stimulating the local vaginal immunity and producing lactic acid, which helps restore the normal vaginal pH balance. This, thereby, inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and helps to eliminate the bacterial vaginal infection.

Expert advice for Lactobacillus Salivarius + Lactobacillus Brevis + Lactobacillus Plantarum

  • Lactobacillus Salivarius + Lactobacillus Brevis + Lactobacillus Plantarum is inserted into the vagina, preferably at night before going to bed.
  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
  • Avoid contact with your eyes. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Avoid using any other intra-vaginal antibiotic while using this medicine. 
  • The medicine should be stored at  2°C–8°C. Do not freeze.
