Ibandronic Acid + Calcium Carbonate + Calcitriol + Vitamin MK + Zinc

This is a combination of five medicines: Ibandronic Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Calcitriol, Vitamin MK and Zinc which treat osteoporosis. Ibandronic Acid is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium Carbonate helps build and maintain bones, while Calcitriol helps your body effectively absorb Calcium Carbonate. Calcitriol additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls. Vitamin MK and Zinc help increase bone mass.
