Hydrocortisone+Naphazoline is used in the treatment of allergic eye disease.

How hydrocortisone + naphazoline works

This is a combination of two medicines: naphazoline and chlorpheniramine which treat allergic eye disease. Hydrocortisone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye/ear red, swollen and itchy. Naphazoline is a decongestant which works by narrowing blood vessels of the eye/ear to further relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
